The Marshall L. Davis, Sr. African Heritage Cultural Arts Center’s Winds of Heritage Dance Company presents Revelations In Rhythm, featuring alum and Tap Dance phenom Marshall Davis, Jr. This live performance celebrates African rhythms and American tap dance, highlighting how tap dance evolved from sacred traditions and music created by Black individuals during enslavement as a form of spiritual practice, prayer and praise. Join us and experience an extraordinary fusion of dance and history that pays homage to these powerful legacies!
